Yes. You can be disowned by the Head of Family or the Head of your direct Household if the HOF has given them permission to disown. You may also disown yourself. When you are disowned, you will lose all status and reputation, all permissions and any benefits of your family. You will no longer be able to wear the family crest, and your last name will be removed, or if you were in a family previously, revert to that name.
